A Look Back at 2018!

Welcome to 2019! I hope that you’re ringing in the new year feeling the spirit of newness and rejuvenation. The Viva Wellness team certainly hopes that there is nothing but exciting things and health headed your way this year.

We always encourage people to take time to reflect on the past year as a bit of a jumping off point as we enter a new space and time. I thought I’d do the same here for our blog which began early in 2018. Here is our 2018 blog year in review!

Our goal is to bring you a wealth of information and perspectives on many different areas of health.
