The same mindset can be applied to other areas, like yoga. Yoga has some great benefits, including helping with her chronic pain.   • This pretty accurately sums up what happens if @rachelgersten does not get her 8+ hours of sleep. And if  you have opposite sleeping habits from your partner like she does, it can make for a sticky sleeping situation.

One solution? Sleeping in separate beds. And contrary to Charlotte from #SexandtheCity (and others), it is possible to have a happy marriage and not sleep in the same bed.
