Each month we’ll bring you an easy recipe that can actually be made by you (not a gourmet chef) after a busy day. All recipes will be simple, healthy, quick, and won’t break the bank. Have a suggestion? Feel free to let us know!
Do you own a Crock Pot yet? You really should. As much as I love to eat, I’m not big into cooking. Don’t get me wrong – fresh food, especially fresh food prepared in my house with ingredients I can control, is amazing. I just don’t want to be the one putting in the work!
Enter: Crock Pots! I’m all for pouring a bunch of ingredients into a pot and then coming home later that day to dinner – no effort required.
If you’re not a convert yet, don’t worry, one of my favorite Crock Pot friendly recipes can also be made on the stove top. This white chicken chili has five ingredients, it’s healthy, and so so good. What more could you want? It’s perfect for the transition into fall and cooler temperatures that are (hopefully!) here to stay.
