Happy June and happy Pride month all! Today, we are sharing with you our latest relaxation playlist to help you take a little bit of time to recharge and check in with yourself.
I started this playlist with the track titled Introspection because I think this is something we could do a bit more of; taking some time to look inward. Introspection isn’t about anxiety or diving into negative thoughts but more so giving ourselves space to just exist as we are, right now without judgment or ridicule.

And just as a friendly reminder, be careful not to use this playlist when you’re supposed to be more alert (like when you’re driving) as that can potentially be dangerous.
