We all need a little extra help coping with the daily stress of life, don’t we? Well, you’re in luck cause today we’re sharing with you a Relaxation Playlist of the Month: May. We hope this playlist will help you keep yourself grounded. We also think it will help you recharge no matter what you may be going through.
Included in this special list are tracks from Macaroni Union whose Weightless (Part 1) song has been found (in research!) to reduce blood pressure and cortisol (stress hormone) levels. Apparently the creators worked with sound/music therapists to make music that could also have neurological benefits.
The rest of the bunch are some of our personal favorites that you can use just in quiet reflection or while meditation. Be careful not to use this playlist when you’re supposed to be more alert (like when you’re driving) as that can potentially be dangerous.
